The spirits of the New Taipei Enterprise Classic Award are for the sustainable development of the industries and the trend of enterprise management. This award is divided into five categories which includes 「Innovative Investment」, 「Diverse Service」, 「Sustainable Development」, 「Generational Inheritance」 and 「Universal International」.

There are 318,000 business registrations in the New Taipei City, in which there are more than 150,000 companies, which are still under operation. A total of 124 applications for the second Classic Award, consisting of 26 representatives from industry, government, academia and research to form a strong review committee. The first round was to have the application documents reviewed. Then the committee went to the review-qualified candidates to conduct on-site visits and reviews to gain an in-depth understanding of the candidates’ operational performance and development, corporate social responsibility, including environmental responsibility, diversity/ inclusion, gender equality and friendly workplace.

After more than half a year of reviews and discussions by the committee, 51 companies finally stood out, and Mayor Hou Youyi presented awards and commendations, hoping to continue to lead the way for New Taipei enterprises to connect with the world.
